Charlie Peterson

Coach Charlie has been passionate about hockey since first stepping onto the ice at the age of five. Growing up in Minnesota made hockey more than a sport, it is a culture and a way of life. Throughout his youth, he continued to develop his skills while playing competitively from age six (Mites) to the Minnesota State Varisty High School level. His lifelong love of the game, combined with his playing experience, provides a strong foundation for coaching and mentoring young athletes.

Dedicated to helping players grow both on and off the ice, Coach Charlie is committed to creating a positive, fun, and development-focused environment. He is a USA Hockey Level 2 certified coach and will further expand his coaching knowledge to level 3 this fall to help provide the best possible developmental experience for Jr. Firebird players.
